This is not a "how to" book but certainly "why to" book..,
Easy reading, focused on philosophy of TOC .
Most of the book is dealing with "what we need NOT TO DO"
This is the other side of the same coin, we used to be advised "what to do".
The important emphasis is these two sides are necessary to be successfull:
**** we must do what we need TO DO
**** we must stop what we need NOT TO DO
The book also reveals the meaning of "constraint". Often there is a negative feeling attached to constraint. Actualy having a constraint is identical to having an opportunity to leverage our business.
