To become clear about what you want, simply write out a list of all the things you would like to achieve during your lifetime. It doesn’t matter what order you write them in — what’s important is that you write down as many goals as you can possibly think of. It’s okay to cross goals off your list later if you find that they’re not particularly important to you, or if you don’t feel emotionally connected to them. Also, remember to create goals for each major area of your life so that nothing important is left out.
