could be introduction to CCPM and the reasoning behind it, October 16, 2014   Easy reading. Conceptual background emphasized. There is only one example, it is a simple one, not complete with possible case studies. There is a long explanation spreaded out to whole book as DBR is applicable to Project managemnet environment. I wish I had a more detailed case study, showing all aspects of CCPM. I have studied TOC Insights CCPM and found it very very helpful compared to this book. Pshycological aspects of workers - resource managers - Project managers about CCPM has been given quite clearly.
