Conversational style, easy to read, pumping curiosity of "what else can be?" and even satisfying it with "aha moments". I have found a very rigorous research behind the stage, details conveyed reasonably with some evidience only. It is brought me several times "put it aside, list your inspirations, go back to factory, share with colleauges, now!" deja-vu. GRAVITY : Geography - Resistance - Adjacency - Vicinity - Isolation - Topography - Y :) acronym is very rememberable. I have understood that having ecommerce is very well beyond having a website or having somebody to run a website&social media for me.
