brief and informative, July 8, 2015 Very brief, informative. Interestingly covers more variety than a usual SMED training course. There are some repetitions. I wish it had more pictures to visualize the subject. I have not seen any cross reference with TOC which is claiming that "changeover labor cost is free for non-constraint resources"
