Difference between production and services - TOC compatibility, August 18, 2015            Production and service sectors are quite different. TOC has proper tools to accomadate both of them but for service sector they need to be adjusted. In the book it is clearly stated to the points of difference and relevant tools have been presented. Moreover required adjustments and logic behind them explained as well. Throughput accounting has an important share in the book.
