I had big expectations. I did not find something totally new and attractive.
It is describing the idea of KPI and some implementation details.
Good for beginners..

It would be better if I could find dashboard samples, case studies..

I need to say that having a set of KPI doesn't mean that you are driving something. This is just an indicator. If you do not cause a change yo will not see a change in KPI either.

If you get rid of old set of KPI then you will lose your chance to Show how good you are doing in your way, in your time since you have alraedy lost data trend.
