Compliant with Theory of Constraints, really inspiring, March 19, 2015             Variability is a fact of life. There are different companies in the same industry and in the same time frame. But some of them are 10X more successfull than the others. This is a mystery to me. This book is revealing the truth. Luck is a factor but what counts is NOT luck itself, but how you embrace it! Dicipline is NOT sticking to hierarcy or bureocracy but being consistent !! Really strong messages, compelling case studies, fluent language... There is a very brief and humble section describing the illusions about successfull companies.. Really brillant !! I found whole concept well matching to Theory of Constrains: Focusing, relavant information, leverage, respect, POOGI...
