This review is from: Viable Vision: Transforming Total Sales into Net Profits (Paperback) I have read about Viable Vision first time. I like the concept. I think some faith is required obviously but if we could increase our sales by %20 in 4 consecutive years it is almost done!! Goldratt knitted basic TOC concepts in a very fine way into Viable Vision. Interested readers could have a look at harmony Strategy and Tactics Tree on http://www.goldrattresearchlabs.com/ which is free subscripton. It reinforces Viable Vision as well. All other concepts are just mentioned, nothing is detailed and this approach made the book more readable, easy to grasp. There are attractive and real case studies. There are free downloadble content attached to the book. I like the spreadsheets to test my business eligibility for Viable Vision implementation. I think this is not a suitable book for TOC beginners but a good choice for TOC practicioners.
