timeless, practical measurement advices, February 7, 2015 I believe these sort of measures are well known in today's businesses. But I also believe that these sort of measures are not commonly used in today's businesses as well. Because you need to be courage and dare to question status quo. It is painfull to observe everybody is resisting to these "meaningful" measures. People unfortunately prefer what they used to. I would like to remind you that changing measures is not enough to get good results. You also need to change the mindset or at least the way of operation in the company.
