nice overview, multichannel learning option, encouraging, November 3, 2014 This is a very good overview of TOC vs traditional approach. It compares traditional accounting (GAAP, IFRS) and Throughput accounting. It also compares Daily traditional planning - scheduling - management practises with TOC. There are useful tips about measurements as well. Steven Bragg has a web page and free podcasts and these are all related with relevant chapters which is a variety opportunity in learning. This book alone is not enough to start TOC initiative but it may be enough to trigger curiosity for better management options.
