A very light overview of famous 3 methods (lean, 6sigma, TOC), a basic comparison in a novel format. I felt myself very close to Alex Rogo in The Goal but in this book I did not feel something close. If you are already in the course of TOC this book will confirm you that you are on the track. If you are in the middle of lean implementation this book reveals the need for focus for you and lets you realign your efforts according to your needs by yourself. If you are dealing with 6sigma this book is too simple to spend time on it yet it may help you to question yourself about the effort spent in your project versus visible bottom line results observed by managers.
